Ambassador Kuang Weilin visits Chairperson of African Union Commission

Ambassador Kuang Weilin, Head of the Chinese Mission to the African Union, paid a call on H.E.Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, Chairperson of the African Union Commission, on 14th August, 2015.

The two sides had an in-depth conversation on cooperation between China and the African Union. Ambassador Kuang emphasized China’s willingness in making joint efforts with AU to expand cooperation in infrastructure, industrialization and public health.

Dr. Zuma expressed her gratitude to the Chinese Government for the long-term support to the African Union’s capacity building as well as Africa’s economic and social development, adding that more and more African people have been benefiting from the closer China-Africa cooperation.
